Capture customer emails for marketing

Customer email collection

For companies to comply with current GDPR laws, customers must opt-in for their email addresses to be collected for marketing purposes. 

You can now ask your customers if they would like to receive marketing and promotional emails from your venue when they place an order (as shown below).

The email used to order will be stored in a list in the Reports section of your Dashboard (only accessible with the Admin Pin).


How to enable

To ask customers if they would like to receive promotional emails:

  1. Head to the 'Reports' area on your Dashboard
  2. Input your Admin Pin and click the 'Marketing' tab
  3. Select the box and click 'save'

When you start capturing emails, you can come back to this part of the Dashboard to download the list of opt-in addresses.
