Dines Shop FAQs

When will my Dines Shop order arrive?

Depending on the items you've selected, it could be between 3-7 working days. We'll do our best to get items to you as quickly as possible but our suppliers have different lead times. Also, any custom-designed POS materials will take us a little longer to generate.

You'll receive an email when your order is shipped but, as always, let us know if you have any questions.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Of course. You'll receive a VAT invoice by email once we've ordered all your items. Your order has already been paid for so there is nothing else for you to do.

Can I change the delivery day?

Let us know as soon as you can if you'd prefer a different day. We should be able to accommodate this if your items haven't already been shipped by our suppliers.

What if an item is faulty?

If you have any problems - faults, repairs, or even questions - please get in touch.

What if an item needs to be returned?

Let us know as soon as you can about any problems with your order and we'll speak to our suppliers straight away. We'll keep you informed and let you know what the next steps are.
