Notifications & Sound Settings

Get an email notification every time you receive an order

If you expect orders to be infrequent, or perhaps you would like to keep an email log of the orders processed through Dines, you can enable 'email notifications'. 

To do this, navigate to Settings > Notifications > Emails

Simply check the box and hit 'save'.

Now you'll get emails straight to your Contact Email's inbox every time orders come through. (You can check who the Contact is in Settings > Venue)

Enable sound notifications

To enable sound settings, go to Settings > Notifications > Sound.

You can enable repeating notifications so that the device will continue to ping at your desired frequency until you action the new order request.
