How do customers access my menu?
Three ways customers can access your menu:
- Online - share your pay.dines.co.uk URL with customers via your website or social media
- In-person - incorporate your unique QR code to printed materials/signage
- Online or offline - customers can search for your venue's name or by their location at pay.dines.co.uk
How do QR codes work?
Every QR code we provide is unique and consists of a number of black squares and dots that represent certain pieces of information/data.
When a Smartphone scans this code (using its camera), it translates the data and takes the customer to the menu of the linked venue.
Where is my QR code?
Find your QR code under Settings > Venue > Share Your Menu.
How do I download my QR code?
To download the code to your device, either tap the QR code (under the QR Code settings tab) and it will download instantly. Or right-click and click 'download' or 'save image as'.
What is the best way to use my QR code?
Your QR code is best used on printed materials, such as point of sale items or posters in your venue.
To provide access to your menu online (on your website or social media pages), we recommend using your menu URL instead of the QR code.
One tap of a link is a smoother customer experience and uploading the QR code to external sites like Facebook or Instagram can pixelate the code, making it unusable.
Can you provide a poster template?
Of course! We provide free print-yourself files that you can order directly from the Dines Shop.
Do you provide printed materials?
