How do I edit my Venue Profile?
Venue Details
Settings > Venue > Venue Details.
Here you can edit the details your customers see about your venue, including address, contact number, and bio.
When writing your venue bio, we recommend keeping it short but sweet. Under 500 characters is best.
Remember to 'save' any changes!
Opening Hours
Below 'Venue Details', you will find the 'Opening Hours' section.
This is where you can add your opening hours, which will be viewable to your customers.
To add hours, simply choose a day, add the opening hours needed and click 'Add Time'. Click 'save' to update instantly.
You can add multiple Opening Hours slots per day. For example, if you have a break in service:
Gallery
Under the 'Images' tab, you can upload images that show off your venue or products.
They appear as a 'banner' at the top of your menu. The banner images will also play in a slideshow if you upload several. To arrange them in a certain order, simply drag the images.

Cuisines
The last tab on your Venue Settings is 'Cuisines'. This is where you select up to six tags that best suit your venue and your products.
Displayed at the top of your menu, cuisine tags give customers a high-level understanding of your venue. This is a great place to communicate if you have a beer garden!
Customers can search venues by cuisines on pay.dines.co.uk or in the Dines Apps.
FAQs
My venue closes for a break during the day. How do I adjust my hours to this?
Easily done! To add a break in your venue opening hours, simply add your first run of the day as a slot and then add a second slot for the same day, with your reopening times.
How do I optimise images?
For maximum quality, your images should be no larger than 500kb in size. We recommend using TinyPNG, a free website that reduces the size of your image file but does not reduce the quality.
Can I add my own Cuisine tags?
We've selected a diverse range of tags for our venues but we are always open to suggestions
