How do I set up Table Service?

Getting started

Once you have enabled Table Service you can find the Table Service settings in your Dashboard under Settings > Ordering > Table Service.

Step 1 - Set up Table Service hours

Table Service hours are used to limit when your customers can make Table Service orders. It could save you the awkward task of declining any orders that might come in after your kitchen is closed.

If you do not wish to limit when an order can be made (e.g. when your opening hours are not set in stone and sometimes you take orders outside of opening hours) then you do not need to add Table Service Hours and orders can be made at any time.

Please note, times should be entered in a 24-hour clock format: HH:MM.

Step 2 - Set up tables

Under the ' Tables/Locations' tab, add the relevant tables or locations to suit your venue. These can be anything from booths to hotel rooms, to theatre seats, to golf holes. Please see the section on creating and managing Tables/Locations for further details.
