What is the set up cost and contract?

How much does Dines cost?

The Starter Plan - this is where you pay 2.5% + 20p per transaction, with no setup costs and no monthly fee. It's entirely pay-as-you-earn. 

After a month of going live with Dines, we can discuss:

The Growth Plan - this is where you are charged a reduced rate of 1.7% + 20p per transaction, and instead, pay a flat monthly fee of £150 on a fixed contract.

How long is the contract?

We work on a 30-day rolling contract, so there is no fixed-term contract to commit to.

If you’d like to cancel, you provide 7 days' notice and you can stop using Dines at any point after then.

What are the Terms & Conditions?

The Terms and Conditions of partnering with Dines are all found on the following webpage, but to summarise for ease:

• There are no fixed contracts, just a rolling 30 day agreement
• There are no set up fees or monthly charges
• We have two pricing plans - one called the Basic Plan where it's entirely pay-as-you-go, and you pay 2.5% + 20p per transaction (nothing more, just that).
• The second is called the Growth Plan, where if your volume is pretty high we move you to that and you only pay 1.7% + 20p per transaction, but there is a monthly charge of £150.

Are there any card charges on top of the fees?

We use Stripe for card processing, and their fees are included in the 2.5% + 20p that you pay.

So all that you ever pay on anything at all is exactly 2.5% + 20p (plus VAT) on every transaction.

Is it easy to cancel?

Yes, of course, there's no exit fee so you can try Dines, pay the pay-as-you-earn rate, and if it doesn't work just stop using it, no problem.
