How do I change the bank account associated with Dines?

If you would like to change your bank account, please send an email from your account email address to support@dines.co.uk

We will then perform security checks on the request before processing it on your behalf. This process can take up to 24 hours.

If you could include the following as a subject line: '[Venue Name] - bank account change request'


Can I change my bank account on the Dashboard?

Due to the elevated risk of fraud, we do not allow venues to change their bank details on the Dashboard.
