Handling table ordering during busy times

As a venue operator, having too many orders can be a good problem to have - but it can leave your customers and team feeling frustrated. When things are hectic and you need a little extra time to prepare orders, keep your customers informed with Busy Mode.

To activate Busy Mode:

1. Click the Settings tab in your Dashboard

2. Navigate to 'Service Status'

3. Select 'Busy Mode Enabled'

4. Add a Busy Message (optional) & click 'save'.

What customers see

In your Venue's information card at the top of your menu, an orange banner displays your Busy Message.

If left blank, a default message shows:

You can customise your Busy Message with max. 100 characters:
