When can I start processing orders?

In theory, once you have completed the onboarding steps (including Stripe setup), you can start processing orders right away. 

You are still 'Hidden' from pay.dines.co.uk and the Dines App but if customers have a direct link to your menu (via QR code or URL), they can order.

To be fully visible, searchable, and 'live', our team will need to switch your status to 'Approved' on our side. At this point, we will review your account to make sure everything is set up correctly before you begin processing orders. Get in touch and we can do this for you!


The process of getting 'Approved'

We have a short review process that we carry out for all new Dines Partner Venues. It's a quick health check that covers your Dashboard Setup, Menu, and Stripe payout status.

If we find anything that could hold you back from trading, we'll let you know ASAP. Otherwise, we might have some suggestions for how to improve customer experience, such as making use of Modifiers or other tips and tricks.

Once 'Approved' your venue is fully searchable, visible, and 'live' in the Dines App and on pay.dines.co.uk.
