How do I enable Dines Table Service, Collections and Delivery features?

What Services does Dines provide?

Regardless of your price plan, Dines can be used to provide four core 'services':

  1. EPOS - Staff can take orders at the table or at the counter and take card payments from customers (in-advance or after service).
  2. Table Service - Customers order and pay from a table, room, or any other location on-premises.
  3. Collection - Customers order, select a collection time, and pay in advance.
  4. Delivery - Customers order, provide delivery information, select a delivery time, and pay in advance.

How do I enable a Service?

In the main navigation bar on the left of your Dashboard, click the Settings Cog, then under the 'General' subheading, you will see the services available.

'Toggle' the Services you wish to use. You now have access to the settings for each Service.

What if I need to disable a Service?

You can immediately disable any Service at any time by 'unchecking' that service. Don't worry, your settings are saved if you need to enable the Service once again!
