Enabling EPOS

Enable EPOS on your Dashboard

Before we get started, for Dines EPOS we would recommend using an iPad Air 2 as it’s future-compatible and affordable. You can purchase refurbished iPad Air 2s at the Dines Shop.


The first step to get set up on Dines EPOS, is enabling it on your Dines Dashboard:

  1. Log in to the Dashboard with your credentials and head to the Settings Cog
  2. From here, select the 'EPOS' tab in the General menu.
  3. Toggle the button to the right and remember to save your changes!

To start using Dines ePOS

1. Launch the 'Dines - For Venues' App on your device. This App is available from your device's App Store.

2. Login to your Venue account. This is also the same login details for your Dines Dashboard.

3. Click EPOS which can be found on the Menu at the bottom of your screen.
