Processing a Refund on ePOS
Before continuing, we would recommend reading our articles on Setting Up, Taking an Order, Pay Now Payments and Pay Later Payments
When a payment has been accepted, you will notice the transaction below in a green highlighted box with a 'Refund' button to the right hand side of it.
Click this button and you will be prompted to confirm the refund. It is also worth mentioning to your Customers it can take up to five working days for the money to appear back in their account.
Now that you have confirmed this, you will notice the payment has now changed from a Green highlight, to a Red highlight to indicate that this transaction has been refunded. You can then continue on to take payments for the Order.
